PhD thesis defence Akari Mitsuta: Impact of long- and short-term nutrient input on microbial nitrogen cycling communities

On Monday 6 January 2025, Akari Mitsuta will defend her PhD thesis, titled "Impact of long- and short-term nutrient input on microbial nitrogen cycling communities: the roles of soil pH and microbial diversity".

The ceremony will take place in the Academiegebouw of Utrecht University, and will start at 14:00 h. with a layman's talk.

Her promotors are NIOO researcher prof. Eiko Kuramae and prof. George Kowalchuk (UU).
