Ingeborg Oude Lansink is Managing Director of the Netherlands Institute of Ecology of the Royal Netherlands Society of Arts & Sciences (NIOO-KNAW), working at NIOO since the end of August 2022.
She is responsible for shaping and managing the business processes aimed at optimal deployment and management of financial, human and material resources. She does this in close collaboration with the Central Management and Services (HR, Finance & Control, Facilities & Reception, ICT, Technical Services, PR & Science Communications and the Research support office) and the management team of NIOO.
Ingeborg has years of (ad interim and change) management experience in various parts of business operations at both private organizations (ABAB accountants, DLV advisory group and the Expat Center Food Valley) and at Wageningen University & Research. From 2017-2022 she was manager operations at Wageningen Livestock Research.
Since the beginning of her career, Ingeborg has paid particular attention to the professional organization of subsidy advice in organizations. This has led to the establishment of subsidy advisory teams at private organizations and Grant Offices/Liaison Offices at WUR, in which she has also had an active advisory role. She sees unburdening project leaders and bundling specific subsidy knowledge with an expert subsidy advisory team as an important basis for an optimally functioning primary process of a research organization, which is (partly) dependent on external funding agencies.
