Biography
I am passionate about Human Resources and and enjoy interacting with people. I like the combination of operational and strategic HR work.
After obtaining a Master in Work and Organisational Psycholoy, I gained work experience in the areas of Recruitment, Talent Management, Strategic HR Consulting and Training & Development in various positions. Building trustful relationships with others and giving solution-orientated advice is important to me in my work.
I am part of the HR-team at the NIOO since 2021. I am advising managers and employees on HR-related topics. Besides operational HR responsibilities, I am engaging in various projects regarding people and processes.
