Data science technician in developing FAIR data and code

Increasing transparency, reproducibility, and accessibility are key objectives of Open Science. This position forms part of the CoreBirds project, which builds on the existing SPI-Birds Network & Database. You will build on SPI-Birds’ existing infrastructure to develop coherent metadata standards, standardise and test analytical codes for use with SPI-Birds data, and (as needed) develop pipelines for converting user-submitted data to SPI-Birds’ standard data format.
