On Friday 8 September 2023, our colleague Kees Schreven will defend his PhD thesis "Geese colonising New Land: causes and mechanisms of range expansion in an Arctic-breeding migrant". The ceremony starts at 11:00, at the University of Amsterdam. Supervisor is Prof. B.A. Nolet from our Department of Animal Ecology. The co-supervisor is Prof. J. Madsen.
